Hi everyone! My name is Braden Rosciszewski - I graduated from Mercyhurst University with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine and Theatre. I have a background as an athlete (Football, Track & Field), actor, and all around fun person!
I am certified as a personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I specialize in biomechanics/orthopedics and specificity training with the goal of training functionally to serve your work, sport, or personal fitness goals. I’m here to promote healthy lifestyle choices and functional strength to help improve quality of life. My long term goal is to establish training programs for the performing arts and the unique loads they encounter on a daily basis.

I will write you a workout phase scheduled for 4 weeks based on your personal fitness goals. Recommended for those who want programming only. I will write and track your workouts and body stats.
Monthly nutrition tracking and assistance. Macros, diet guidance, supplements and more! Use this service if you are a seasoned lifter and aren't seeing the results you'd like using just exercise. Whether your results are weight loss, gut health, or a better relationship with food - we will find you results, together!
Private sessions featuring your own specialized program and training. I recommend at least 1 session per week of your program (i.e. a 4-week program would feature at least 1 session each of the 4 weeks). Ideally, we will meet for every strength day in your program for spotting and form corrections. One-on-One sessions can be conducted either in-person or virtually. Recommended for those who thrive in a more individualized, hands-on training approach.
$80 per session with monthly recurring services
The unlimited services are the most comprehensive - with the unlimited services you will receive exercise programming/tracking, macronutrient/nutritional assistance, two-way messaging, and a free personal training session. This package is valued at over $1200.
